I believe as humans we thrive most when we meet each other where we are without labels and expectations. That is why I take every opportunity to deeply connect with my clients and use an ad-hoc psychodynamic approach to treatment through tapping into various modalities that feel right for each person at each moment.

Becoming a therapist was always a dream I had and a role I am excited to play in my life. I’m extremely grateful that I get to witness the growth and glimmers of hope I see in my clients everyday as they transform.

As a therapist who is extremely intuitive, I am able to connect with my clients in a way that goes beyond the surface. I am skilled at sensing the appropriate balance of pushing and pulling to ensure my clients feel safe.
